Ordered here tonight for takeout. Had never had KFC until tonight. They were busy and it took a while for me to get my food, got home and there was a missing item. Went back to the store and let me tell you, the staff made me enjoy having to come back. 4 star for service with a missing item and a wait, yes they were that good. I haven’t ate there in six years and the food was delicious. The service was awesome. Daniel is very friendly great customer service and like I said I love the food. I’ve missed it. I will be back. It’s the one on River Road in Eugene, Oregon on August 7 at 2 o’clock I came through thank you.

Of course my atmosphere was great because I went thru the drive thru. They were fast and the food tasted fresh.

I do feel like the mac and cheese and the taters need some help. It's not how the workers are doing it, its the quality if the ingredients used.

The best Mac and cheese I've ever had from a fast food joint is Arby's white cheddar Mac and cheese!

Overall good experience. Would recommend if you want...
