Excellent Eugene Chinese food.Service is good, though the servers frequently have to check with the cooks if you have food related questions.Love the scallion pancakes, fried rice is sooo good.Everything we've had here has been simply delicious.
Oh my goodness! Delicious! Shrimp Hot Pot had perfectly cooked potatoes and onions and shrimp flavored with cracked Szechuan peppercorns. Presented beautifully. Excellent service-helpful without being overbearing. Had a bok choy vegetable dish too. So good we are going back again tonight.
The Orange Chicken is strange. It's seasoned with large julienne cut orange peel, and that might have been okay, but it really made the entire dish taste how potpourri smells. Why not use fresh orange zest? Baffled a bit here. Also, I find it scammy that rice isn't included. If you want it, expect to pay an extra dollar per entree.
