haven’t stopped by to one of these in a while. I don’t know if these are franchises or not but this had the grossest bathroom I’ve ever ever been in a public restaurant. Made me wonder what it looks like in the kitchen in the back room. Will not be returning to this location, really gross.

Every time I come here, I regret it. This place is staying afloat on its location alone. Do you want to know what it feels like to buy a slider and pay full price as if it were a burger? Have your fantasy fulfilled here. Back when they first opened the (slider sized) burgers were 6 bucks and that felt reasonable. The service was also significantly faster but now you're only given even more time to reflect on your regret in an atmosphere that feels like you're the one behind the grill ( Humid, greasy, ambient sinus sealing hot smell.) The only reasons I was giving them repeated chances is again, convenience of location and that the business claims to source their ingredients/ burger components locally (this is predominantly listed on signs, which I appreciate from any food establishment) That was their last chance with me and it felt about as slimy as the tiny grease ball I was served, wrapped up at the bottom of a paper bag.

A friend of mine works near here so we meet for lunch every so often. I've never been disappointed with any of the food, service, or cleanliness. The employees are always friendly. The food is always cooked great. The Kamden ketchup is amazing. The only challenging thing is finding parking.

What a pleasant surprise! Simple menu yet covers all the bases. Choose a patty: burger, chicken, or vegetarian. Bacon or not? Cheese? 5 kinds. Add truffle fries? YUMMO!
The only things I'd change? Add grilled onions. I thought about serving on trays rather than paper bags, but if you rip the bag open you have a placemat - and they don't have trays to wash. Easy access from the freeway, so a great lunch stop as you travel, too!
Pretty dirty throughout the restaurant. The burger was okay, but the bun was dry and hard. The fries smelled a bit gamey. Spicy ketchup seems to be the default -- unexpected and unwanted. The staff was pleasant and helpful, though.

Bacon cheeseburger with pepper Jack was excellent although expensive and small. The Truffle fries are amazing!!! They were out of Ice cream so I couldn't get a float. I will be back for those fries for sure.
