They can’t make food to save their lives. I’ve never gotten a correct order here. Went on a hiatus from ordering then today I ask for no round egg on sausage McMuffin and they leave the egg and take the sausage. Reading is fundamental and your employees should be screened for reading comprehension.

They gave me my order and they gave me everything except for my child’s food, which is so ridiculous because it’s like something so simple I would suggest going to any other McDonald’s, but this one

The McFlurry machine was a mess only gave us 2/3 burgers & homeless ppl all over had to ask for a rag for clean table

only went to use some rewards points that were expiring. thats bs that the points expire and even more bull shoes that you can only redeem one item or deal per visit. i dont live near a McDonald's anymore so it's kinda out of the way. the food, a QPC was ok, inside was fine but outside parking was messy and trash can was overfilled.

Went inside and ordered from the kiosk. There was only one other couple in the lobby eating, and no one up front waiting to order but me. I Waited 15 minutes, watching multiple Doordash, etc. come in and pick up orders before I was asked if I was waiting on an order, and when I replied that I was, I was told that it's almost ready. I waited another ten minutes before they finally called my number. When I sat down to eat, the fries were cold and soggy and the burgers were Luke warm. After the wait, I wasn't about to ask them to fix it because I couldn't wait for them to fix it. Would have eaten anywhere else if I knew this would be my experience.

Always fast and friendly. However, when they tell you to park in spot 1, it’s a very small, compact, limited space, and confusing. It’s right in the way of the drive through.

Food is hit or miss. I order quarter pounders because there suppose to be made to go. But half the time they were already made and then thrown back on to heat up and come out burnt and dried. I know bc I worked at McDonald’s for years. Sad to see how the quality of everything has gone way down while prices go up

they forgot my ranch. Edit: they forgot my ranch again and my fries this time. i swear they mess up my order every time. Edit (AGAIN): ya’ll forgot my fries AGAIN!!! You guys continuously screw up orders and I have totaled it up to costing me $8.80. Pissing me off bruh. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG smh also they have never been busy when they have forgotten something or else I wouldn’t be so annoyed by it
A better of the few remaining older restaurants in the area, def better than the one on 11th...

You will wait a decade and never get your food. $30 down the drain because the "mobile app said someone picked up the food already." The workers need more help. I'll never go to this McDonald's again.
