We were told to wait for fries and to pull into a spot so we did. We ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese but when we got it was soggy they didn’t degrease is and there was no salt or pepper someone’s was slacking hard. And not to mention we didn’t have to wait for fries why the heck were the cold if I had to wait for them and they were stale as hell so we had to wait for you to poorly reheat our fries while you mess up our burgers? I went to get fries. I pulled into a spot to wait for hot fries. It was worth it because they were so good and the worker was really nice. Great experience! I have never went to this location.

Lobby was closed around 8 pm, no signs or posts online as to why.. I had ordered online for pickup and walked there, so I had to walk up to drive thru window. At first they told me they couldn't serve me if not in a vehicle but then I explained I was picking up so they brought food to me at the lobby entrance door. Why is it okay to do it in that case, but can refuse everyone else who just doesn't have a vehicle?
