The W. 11th McDonald's in Eugene OR has got to be the worst in the nation. EVERYTIME I go there, there are 0-3 cars in front of me and EVERYTIME I am told to pull over and wait for the food. I've been eating mcdees for 20 years and this is the worst service ever. I could see if they were slammed. But even when there are NO CARS in front of me, i'm told to pull over and wait. One time I sat there for 15+mins and just drove away without my food.

The food at this location is pretty standard for McDonald's, but unlike other McDonald's you'll wait 20-30 minutes for it, and with the new prices you'll pay close to what you pay at a restaurant that has actual food.The bathrooms are locked, and if you want to get one unlocked, you'll have to yell to get an employee's attention. I'm not exaggerating that, you will have to literally shout at them to get their attention because they actively ignore anybody standing at the counter.This goes for any issues with your order, as well. They'll ignore you then, too. Aggressively and with intent.This place was pretty great when they still had the playplace, but those aren't a thing anymore. Between the lack of a playplace and the horrid service, you're better off going somewhere else.

I ordered a bunch basic cheese burgers, add lettuce and no salt. I received a bunch of cheese burgers add lettuce and no salt, completely soaked in ketchup, and cold. I talked to an employee there, and they agreed to replace a few of them. I pick up the replacement burgers, and they are again completely soaked in ketchup. It's uneatable.

Always go through the drive through. Food is OK but they keep raising the cost and never offer coupons. I have started to go to Burger King because the food is about the same but they offer coupons.I don't know what they started doing to the quarter pounder but it is almost inedible.
