I ate there for the first time the other day in over a year and the fries and burger tasted old and they even made us wait in the parking lot for our orderParking: There are spots all around the buildingKid-friendliness: They have a play center
Always go through the drive through. Food is OK but they keep raising the cost and never offer coupons. I have started to go to Burger King because the food is about the same but they offer coupons.I don't know what they started doing to the quarter pounder but it is almost inedible.

The W. 11th McDonald's in Eugene OR has got to be the worst in the nation. EVERYTIME I go there, there are 0-3 cars in front of me and EVERYTIME I am told to pull over and wait for the food. I've been eating mcdees for 20 years and this is the worst service ever. I could see if they were slammed. But even when there are NO CARS in front of me, i'm told to pull over and wait. One time I sat there for 15+mins and just drove away without my food.
