This Starbucks is located inside Fred Meyers so you're required to walk in if you would like a coffee. For awhile this kept me from going to this specific one. But after going a couple times, and also comparing it to the one that had drive-thru available just a couple blocks down, this one WINS HANDS DOWN. Best Starbucks in the W side of town, the employees are fun and easy to talk to and I'm not sure how they make it different, but the drinks are just better and more to my liking....read full review

I use to always love going to the Starbucks on west 11th until the last couple months. I don’t know what is going on, but they just can’t seem to get it right. Coffee is never hot enough and the service is not what it use to be. Staff use to be cheerful and at least have a hello and a smile. I don’t expect them to be over the top, but dang. This isn’t the first review I’ve left like this, so apparently the staff meeting didn’t help or they just don’t care!
