I always ask for my food to be cooked fresh. Unsalted fries, lightly salted patties, etc. Normally they get my order perfectly. It’s McDonald’s. I don’t expect perfect. 4 star place tho for a McD’s.

In an order I had, I request two large drinks, one being a "Hazelnut Cappuccino" and the other being a "Chocolate Shake". An employee told me they were not able to make the Cappuccino which was fine and he offered me an exchange. I ended up receiving a "Small Caramel Frappuccino" and a "Medium Chocolate Shake" when both items ordered were supposed to be Large.

I ate there for the first time the other day in over a year and the fries and burger tasted old and they even made us wait in the parking lot for our order
