Shout out to Metropol Bakery I found them after calling a few other bakeries in Eugene. I needed a Birthday cake delivered to my Duck in her favorite red velvet. They don't have this flavor on their regular menu but do make it over Valentines and agreed to make it early for her big day on the 26th.
