Mimosas is a wonderful and quaint restaurant located in downtown Coburg, with ample parking. The atmosphere is welcoming, inviting, and cozy with a very nice interior design featuring wood flooring and a bar top. The staff is exceptional, friendly, attentive, and amazing, providing outstanding service. The food is absolutely incredible, delicious, and excellent. Specific dishes praised include the lemon blueberry waffles, the avocado toast, the eggs Benedict, the stuffed french toast, the Croque Madame, the French toast, and a seasonal mimosa. It is highly recommended for brunch or an excellent breakfast, but reservations are advised, especially on weekends when walk-ins are often turned away. The overall experience is outstanding and special.
