1/25/2026. Visiting from out of town and found this through a Google search. Absolutely incredible! So quaint and welcoming with delicious food. Get the lemon blueberry waffles! Or for savory, the avocado toast was the best we ever had and the eggs Benedict were amazing. Can’t imagine going wrong with anything.

Everything my husband and I had was incredible-definitely get a reservation if you plan on stopping by on the weekend. The French toast and seasonal mimosa were absolute perfection.

Brunch was delicious! I'm so glad I made reservations. My table was ready and waiting as walk-ins were being turned away. The staff is exceptional, and the little restaurant has a very cozy vibe with pillows in the booths. I couldn't have asked for more.

Lets start by saying the vibe and service is amazing. We love the atmosphere and the drinks were spot on. Coburg is such an amazing town.
Food was mediocre at best and over priced. I ordered a monte cristo on the recommendation of the server. It literally came out burnt. When I showed her the toast, she did offer to remake it, but said it would take another 15 minutes to remake. I said its fine and proceeded to take the burnt French toast off and just eat as an open faced sandwich.
The owner, who is lovely, did stop by and apologize and brought just new toast. For $19.00 it was not worth the sandwich. Kind of expected them to take off the sandwich but they did not. So for over $140.00 for 4 people, I ate a very poor Monte Cristo.
I would go back for drinks and the vibe. But for the price and food I would not.

This was our first time dining here, and honestly, it will be our last. I love Coburg and regularly support the local restaurants, so I was excited to finally try Mimosas since I haven’t had time to stop in during their hours. The atmosphere was great, but the service fell short. Our waitress seemed distracted we didn’t receive silverware until after our food arrived, and we had to ask for napkins. Meanwhile, the table next to us had a brand-new waitress (on her first day!) who was much more attentive and had everything ready.
The food itself was okay, but my waffle barely had any sauce, and my mom’s Benedict also seemed light on sauce, as if they were cutting corners. The portions felt small for the price, and unfortunately, my mimosa was probably the worst I’ve had maybe it was just the flavor, but it definitely wasn’t my favorite.

My wife and I discovered this place this morning. Both of us had the Salmon Benedict and their potato side. Both were excellent. The service was also excellent. It's a small place located in Colbury just a couple of miles out side Eugene. We'll be back in the summer.

If you want mega calories and noise, try across the street. If you want class, thoughtfully prepared food and Zen atmosphere, Mimosa is the answer.

We just went for dinner during the Coburg concert series on wednesdays. Smaller menu as they fix box meals for the concert-goers. We had an incredible Greek appetizer followed by either a delicious burger or a turkey sandwich, both with lots of yummy stuff inside! We asked the chef to come out so we could compliment him!
This is a “secret gem” in the Eugene area! We’ve had incredible breakfasts, and are so excited about their new comprehensive dinner menu.
Help keep this wonderful little place in biz and discover the great food and staff!!

We stopped in for breakfast on our way to the Country Fair. The ambience and service are amazing. We had a super sweet waitress, I can’t remember her name or id give her credit here. The food: I had the Benedict Du Jardin. The caramelized sweet potato had a very strong smokey taste that ruined the whole dish for me. Maybe over caramelized…? IDK, it was not good. My partner had the Benedict Classic. For the price, it was just average. The potato's though. That’s where it’s at! If you’re going to give them a try, ditch the fancy sounding Benedict’s, you’ll be disappointed anyway. Stick with the Potato’s Dauphinoise! They’re amazing.

Stopped here awhile ago and forgot to leave a review. We were reminiscing about how amazing the food was so I decided to let others know that this is a must try brunch spot with the most amazing Benedicts I've ever had.
Everyone in our group had really flavorful, amazing meals and the service was spot on!
I'm definitely going to go back as often as I can.
