Located near Hyatt and shopping centers, Umiya Sushi offers great food, especially the poke salad. The service is fast and the atmosphere is lovely. With plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, the menu is overwhelming in a good way. The lunch combo, including a Philly roll with smoked salmon and teriyaki tofu, salad, and rice, was a hit. The tofu was soft and delicious, and the salad dressing was a standout. Even in a large group, the service was prompt and friendly, with a nice touch of a free dessert for birthdays.
