Very happy to finally have found some decent Japanese food. A bit thrown off by the fact that the menu also holds Korean foods but it was also quite good. I wish more tempura was offered for the price and that my chicken had been grilled instead of mixed in sauce with veggies. But the service was really good and quick, and they were able to substitute my sushi rolls in my bento for more rice. Overall, definitely want to come back to try again!

What a great sushi joint. But what really made it outstanding was Gray, our host and server. I came to this restaurant because the other restaurant in the mall would not accept my service dog. Umiya sushi welcomed my dog with open arms, indoor or outdoor seating. I appreciate it that so much. Gray even brought a little water bowl for my dog at the table. Seriously, Gray saved the day and made my lunch so enjoyable by helping me choose what I wanted to eat. But he made me feel so welcome without making a big deal about my service dog, I really enjoyed lunch. I got a bento box like he suggested because I couldn't decide on what I wanted. The salad was great, I had a little sushi, potstickers, and tonkatsu pork. All very tasty and delicious. But what really made this restaurant outstanding was the service. Thank you for not discriminating and just treating me like a normal person. I will be back again. I want to support businesses like this who aren't ignorant to the ADA laws and accommodate all. Love the server Gray. I hope his managers know how invaluable he is..

Had never eaten here, but I was craving ramen and it was close, so I ordered some for take out. The food was ready quickly and the staff was nice, but the ramen was really disappointing.Rather bland, no soy or umami flavors that you expect from a ramen. No soy eggs. All around a real bummer.

5/5 place is super cute. Back patio is calm and gives a tropical-ish vibe even when it’s only 60 degrees and cloudy out(: We ordered three rolls (Dynamite, Alaska, and B-52) and they were all so good! It’s been awhile for us to enjoy every roll we ordered at random(: Worth the visit if you’re in the area.

The food was amazing, though I lost my appetite due to the disrespect I got from one of the employees. This employee gave me the nastiest looks for merely leaving a $5 tip, BUT IM BROKE! This establishment doesn’t have name tags, but if you see a 50 year old looking woman that had some sort of chef hat on, I wouldn’t eat there in case she spit in your food for not leaving a large enough tip.
This review does not reflect the quality of food as I never got to try it. I ordered online through the website, PAID, and drove down on my lunch break only to find that the restaurant wasn't even open. Even though the website, Google maps, and the storefront all state opens at 11 am. No sign was placed on the door explaining why they weren't open during regular business hours. At least turn off the online ordering if you can't be open.

Beautiful and fresh sushi and sashimi. The selection is vast, the service wonderful, and the outdoor seating serene.
It’s in a super convenient location in a little strip mall. The service was great, although it was not busy. I came for lunch and had the lunch special, teriyaki chicken and a roll. The sushi roll was amazing. I was not overly impressed with the chicken however. The sauce had a weird grit to it that was not fond of. A coworker of mine ate the teriyaki around the same time as myself and both our stomachs about an hour later were NOT happy. Neither of us had to use the restroom though which surprised us both haha. I would go there for the sushi again, everything was fresh and the rolls were nice and tight and didn’t fall apart when you picked them up
