Great atmosphere for dine in. Warm salsa and chips. The menu has a lot of good choices. I tried the pork belly bites as an appetizer. I got chicken and shrimp fajitas for the entree.
The staff were short staffed due to “? Call ins”. So had to take our time & that was a good thing as the time wore on. Our waitress did good at keeping the place going. The food & drinks are always excellent here.
We celebrated Christmas Eve with dinner at Blue Midst. The restaurant was very busy but our servicer was very efficient and friendly. We both ordered smoked pork chops and they were delicious as were the lemon drop cocktails. We highly recommend Blue Mist for a fine dining experience.
