How do you not have a phone number? Food is good, but it's a Saturday, google says your open but my order says it will be ready Monday. And you have no phone number to call and che if your open.

Waited 50 minutes and saw plenty of other people get their food before ours. Employees weren't very helpful telling us to go back and forth from the order and pickup window multiple times. They messed up somehow and they kept saying they didn't have our number even though our food was sitting under the warmer. The food was cold and wasn't fresh by the time we got it. Too expensive for poor quality and service.

Super friendly staff & the poki bowl right on! Generous portion on poki, fresh. Spam musubi & manapua (some cal humbau) good too. We’re from Hawai’i so had high expectations. They delivered!! Only slight criticism are the chairs. Not very comfortable. But I’m picky, with a bad back.

We were traveling through Eugene and this restaurant happen to be quite close to our hotel. We were very hungry when we pulled up, there was a slight issue with the online ordering, and the wait was quite long.Why was the wait long? Because this was the food quality of having something prepared for you by a personal chef. I have never had coconut shrimp on this level. I think I should leave my life behind and move to Eugene so I can eat this coconut shrimp. The tofu was fantastic. All of the proteins we tried had their own specific, unique, RICH flavor. Even the rice was incredible.We will be back whenever we're in Eugene. The chef was kind, working REALLY hard, and again, the food was out of this world. Thank you for a truly gourmet Hawaiian plate experience.

Fantastic customer service, really good vibe and outstanding flavor. First impressions are everything and my first time here was wonderful. I got the smaller portion of Bulgogi with rice and it was still a big, very packed bowl of the good stuff.

Over 40 min. Staff was crude and confused on own menu items. Garlic chicken was flavorless chicken nuggets (we were so hungry by the time we got it we ate it anyways). Most disappointing was the garlic shrimp which was actually just frozen butterfly coconut shrimp (probably from costco). Super soggy and inedible. Macaroni salad over cooked and grayish in color. Not sure what was the vegetable mush we got on the side but also inedible. My husband got the beef and he couldn't even eat it. Had to get him taco bell.

The food was really tasty and did not disappoint. They had a nice variety of Asian flavors, not just poke so it makes it hard to decide. You can get wings and poke with a musubi on the side. I think I can go here a few times a week and not get tired of it. So good.

Went here for my first time after having a really tough day, asked for a recommendation, and got Huli Huli chicken with yakisoba and mac salad. Flavors on point, the mac salad is delicious!! I'm really looking forward to eating here again! Really friendly people, great energy and great environment. Thank you!!
