Great people, great service, and of course good food! Best mucho gustos I’ve been too. Thanks to the team there. They are all doing great work.

My first time ordering here & I was not disappointed. Our family ordered several meals. I ordered their carnitas taco salad & it is the best taco salad I've ever had. Plenty of meat, tasty ingredients & the shell was crisp & tasty (none of that stall, old oil taste). And our meal was ready for us when I walked in. We will be back!

One of my favorite joints in Eugene. Everything is fresh. I usually get the mucho dipper. Add the lime cilantro sauce with some mango salsa. Chips are really good as well. If you in Eugene , its a must!

Great food! Love their burritos with chicken and "Mucho sauce." They're juicy and can sometimes fall apart, but they give chips on the side so it just becomes a dip for the chips and feels like a second meal! One of my favorite places.

They left avocado sticker in the guacamole. The food has no flavor. Also give small portions.

I said Mucho Gusto and hasta pronto when leaving the Mucho Gusto Kitchen today in Eugene.Like subway, it's 'build your plate of fresh ingredients as you go', this time, with a staff that is upbeat and having fun as you order. The great energy can be felt all through the process: while they make your food and ring you up, sitting and enjoying the tasty food, and even peering at other's dishes to see what custom tacos they created!I got a burrito and loaded it with cheese, jalapeños, fresh cilantro and mango sala - it did not disappoint! When leaving a tip, the cashier rang a small bell and the staff cheered and said,'Thank you!' all way back to the kitchen. The vibe is solid, the food is tasty and there was no waiting in line. It may not be the cheapest for mexican, however, I could see you coming here and building new combinations and finding some favorites. All together worth a stop as you make your way through the state.

Food was delicious and staff was friendly, but the portion size of our Burrito bowls was TINY. They placed the smallest spoonful of meat in the bowls like they were rationing out food in emergency times. Both my wife and I remained hungry afterwards, and we are not large people.
