They need to hire more staff. They were extremely busy and only had 3 people working. Our food took nearly 45 minutes and when we got the waffles home, one was rock solid. Completely inedible. We live only 10minutes from the restaurant so the amount of time passed doesn't warrant the waffle hardening like that.
The other two were delicious and made perfectly.
We've had imbalanced experiences like this here before so we likely will just buy the frozen...
