Holy grail of pasta. I refuse to make lasagna with anything else -- it's only their lasagna sheets for me. They bubble up so beautifully and are so light and airy. Just magnificent. I haven't been to their shop -- I usually pick up their pasta from Natural Grocers -- but they are fantastic! Bravo!
