Pegasus Pizza Oakway is a highly recommended pizza and salad destination. Despite facing staffing and technical challenges, the restaurant provided exceptional service, with orders prepared fresh, hot, and exactly to specifications. The large Spinach and Pear Gorgonzola salads were flavorful and substantial, though the Pear Gorgonzola had too much dressing. The Vegetable Vortex pizza was delicious, with a perfectly crisp and chewy crust. While the focaccia was a bit dry, the overall food quality was deemed "mighty fine." Pegasus Pizza is considered the best pizza in Eugene, and perhaps the entire state.
