I was pretty upset because I had ordered a pizza and they told me I could pick it up in an hour. I showed up and there were many people waiting on orders. I was told some had been waiting for 2 hours. I was hungry and trying to have dinner with my 2 year old after a long 4 hour drive coming home from vacation. So I asked for a refund. Used to be a pretty good and fast until topping got less and less and the time got longer. We have been ordering through the dominos app and one of the last orders took us an hour to get and from the time it said it was out for delivery was 15-20 min , we live 5 min away so o called and asked where our pizza was and they said it was on its way and supposedly credited my account (NEVER HAPPENED). Called tonight to order and get the credited pizza they told me I didn’t have one...read full review
