It sucks to see these bad reviews. Things just haven't been the same since covid anywhere, and I would have hoped people would be more understanding now. This location gets busier than you can imagine. They've always been relatively on-time to the best of their ability and I appreciate that. Placed a delivery order through the website. Given a time estimate between 50 and 60 minutes, but almost 2 hours later the pizzas hadn’t made it to the oven. Called the call center and it was a 55 minute hold time. Decided just to drive down and see the people making the pizzas. They were EXTREMELY busy! I asked for white sauce lightly on my pizza because I'm allergic to the tomato sauce. guess what I got tomato sauce, Crap, the brownies were good. they really need to read the order. very disappointed. we haven't had pizza over 2 years. thought it would be good. well I won't be ordering anything from dominoes on river Road anymore.
