Just went through the second time at this location with multiple things not being in stock. With two cars in front of me spent no less than 25 minutes not moving in the drive-thru. Basically took my entire lunch to tell me they didn't have food items and I couldn't get out of the drive-through line even when there was hardly anybody in it.

Got my original drink at another starbucks and sadly it wasnt as expected. This startbucks was so friendly, totally understand, remade it and it was phenominal.

Spent some time doing my homework here and to wait for my fiancée to finish a test. Nice big windows for viewing, although I would stay away from them if you are cold. I enjoyed a tall hot mocha. Brought a warmed chocolate croissant and iced mocha for my fiancée and she said both were great. Service was amazing and I didn't have to wait long both times I ordered. Parking was fine when I was there, but there were a lot more customers going through the drive-thru than staying in.

Walked into this location for the first time this morning to find an empty store except 1 young guy chatting up the 4 female employees. I had a mobile order (also, first time using mobile order). I had to interrupt the chatting to get my order, to which I was told basically to walk to the other side of the store to go find it. It blows my mind that 4 employees are being paid to prioritize chatting with friends over basic customer service to someone who has never been to this location. I recommend Drive Thru if you really need to go to this location.

The tall, chubby lady with glasses is rude and unprofessional, and should be fired. Just because you don’t feel like talking in the morning and responding to their fake greetings or leadings doesn’t mean that they need to harass you and barrage you with greetings after you don’t reply the initial time like it’s morning I don’t feel like talking leave me alone serve my coffee.

The employees are friendly but the americano wasn't hot, the tables were dirty and two employees had long hair dangling, one all over her face. There's a sign for hiring a supervisor. They need one, it seems.

This Starbucks gave me a lukewarm watery chai latte. It was not drinkable. Was supposed to be hot and and I got the impression that they pored cold milk into the cup without heating it. They were also out of several items.

It's absolutely ridiculous that this Starbucks and every other Starbucks in the U.S. still charges a 70 to 80 cents surcharge for plant-based milks! You are excluding many of your customers who don't want to give their money to dairy cruelty! They don't want to give their money to an industry that contributes to the climate crisis and pollutes our waterways and needlessly kills tens of billions of cows annually!END THE SURCHARGE!
