I have being getting my vente oat vanilla latte most. Morning 7 days a week for a quiet some time. I feel bad that I have to produce so much garbage by getting a cup everyday, so I ask for no sleeve on my cup.
The first time I had a bad experience is on 2/7/ at 6am, when a heave set lady making coffe was ask if she could remove the sleeve and she treat it me like a child and said “take it off” with a very passive aggressive smile, and now today 2/8 I asked the cashier for no sleeve and when I ask to get removed and told “I don’t want to touch this cause I came from outside”, he said “oh I don’t care”.
Now it may not seem like a big deal, but I work in the food industry and I would hope that this people making my coffe have and understanding of food safety and feel that they we’re missing the point that I did not want to just remove the stupid sleeve for cleanliness and food safety protocols!
And to the Latino, VERGUENZA te debería dar tener tan mal actitud por una cosa tan pequeña en la que tú estabas mal!👎

The woman working 11/14 handing out red cups around 8am was so nice! Made a point to have a conversation with everyone, had people laughing and when her coworker said to go on break she didnt want to. Girl take ur break! thanks for making my morning, i wish i got her name!

Service here is terrible. Came in on 8/23 around 7:00am. There were 3 people working behind the counter. Ordered my drink and couldn’t believe how slow this barista was… she was literally making one drink at a time. When you’re a barista you have to multi task. She should have had a few milks steaming at the same time to get things going. She could have been making the iced drinks when the milk was steaming. No sense of urgency at all. Then the two other employees were just standing around talking. They could have been helping! For what you charge for coffee, the speed of service should be a higher priority.

i’ve been here a few times since i’ve moved here and ramon is the sweetest barista. he always makes me feel welcomed and takes time to make conversation, as do the others. i always feel welcomed to come back due to the service and great work ethics. 10/10 recommend

I like leaving good reports. But this one is about your immature service rep. If she doesnt want to be polite and aware, Starbucks is not the place to work. A good tip in the industry is to think every customer is your regional manager or CEO. Serious. Try harder. You'll be happier.Jan 4 I read your reply but going to your main office isn't happening. I don't want points either. Your staff, the one taking orders was not happy to be there and said Starbucks doesn't have what we just ordered. But it's on your menu! And your shelf! She needs to learn the products and not take out her$&-$ on clientele. She's been here for months. Maybe revisit the menu?
