This location has been closed since Red Cup Day because the batistas are in Strike. I say GOOD FOR THEM!! Starbucks was a wonderful coffee shop for their first 10 yrs but now? Just a greedy corporation. Since they started here in the PNW and I'm a life long PNWer I think its sad what they've become. I'll never give them my $ again, EVER! SHAME ON STARBUCKS!

I am a student attempting to get some work done on my computer when I was approached and told that I had to leave if I wasn't going to purchase anything although other people go in and work on there work and don't get bothered to purchase something or get out I would say very bad customer service

$2.75 for ONE shot of espresso. That is absolutely crazy. Go to your local coffee shop and get a full latte for .50 more. Starbucks you are ROBBING people.
Super slow service when there’s no line, messed up one of my orders, then forgot to make my other drink. I asked where my other drink is, THEN MADE MY DRINK WRONG AND IT WASNT EVEN GOOD! Go to the other Starbucks at the EMU or something, this Starbucks on Franklin is bad. Waste of $5.45.

Good indoor seating. Bad music choices. The coffee is poorly prepared but the service is fast. The employees don’t know how to steam milk. I’ve gone over 10 times ans tried various drinks and the milk is never as it should be .. it’s always the same no matter what is ordered.. capucchino the same as latte the same as flat white. .. sort of a lame froth not a dense creamy at all.
