Super slow service when thereās no line, messed up one of my orders, then forgot to make my other drink. I asked where my other drink is, THEN MADE MY DRINK WRONG AND IT WASNT EVEN GOOD! Go to the other Starbucks at the EMU or something, this Starbucks on Franklin is bad. Waste of $5.45.
Edit: just realized lady at the cashier didnāt even scan my app correct so I go no stars.unbelievable

Good indoor seating. Bad music choices. The coffee is poorly prepared but the service is fast. The employees donāt know how to steam milk. Iāve gone over 10 times ans tried various drinks and the milk is never as it should be .. itās always the same no matter what is ordered.. capucchino the same as latte the same as flat white. .. sort of a lame froth not a dense creamy at all.

STOP putting the package of forks TOUCH IN bags of egg bite TOUCHING THE FOOD IT IS GROSE ! UNSANITARY! esp Because we went to a pandemic, it's shut down the world, rememberā¦

Even without the pandemic, you touch money, you touch the window at the door, you touch the packages , you touch the boxes...handles, registers...
and then you put a package you just touched on top of my egg bites ...touching them ?
Just because a fork fits in there nicely doesn't mean you should be putting it in there
Why are you touching the egg whites with tongs and then putting them in the package with thongs and then sticking a plastic Fork wrapping that you just grabbed with your dirty hands on top of my food?

Everytime I come here they put the wrong size lid on my cup. This has happened over 5 times and iāll try to put the lid back on and it wonāt fit. Please train your workers about what size lid goes on what cup
