The only one Forever
The burritos were okay. Unfortunately, my experience with the service wasn’t. The woman with the reddish hair working around 9:30 p.m. came across as dismissive and unfriendly. She also spent a significant amount of time chatting with coworkers while customers were waiting, which made the service feel inattentive. I hope this was just an off night, but it left a disappointing impression

I love their sushi combinations and the low-key simplicity of the place. My son went inside to buy an order of Miso to go, and they said it was nearing the end of their day and gave him the soup without charge. That's the kind of hospitality commonly found only in the Whit.

Every time I go here for take out they give me the wrong sauces and only one instead of two. I'm sick of checking every time. I didn't this time and not surprised they did it again

Disappointed to say this location is officially off my list of places to eat. We love Subo but after now 3 poor experiences I’m pretty devastated especially today to have paid $30 for a poorly put together dish, & listen to the young lady in the open kitchen seem to not care about the customers overhearing her talk poorly to not only her coworker but also about the people waiting & how their orders were essentially burdens. Hope this places turns back around & is a more friendly & worth it to dine at.

Had very low expectations ordering delivery from here, since on it’s face it sounded kind of gimmicky. Ordered from here because they are one of the few late night spots left in eugene. Both me and my partner were surprised by how much we liked it. Phenomenal veggie options, and their sweet soy sauce is so addictive.

Staff talks too much and doesn't work fast enough. There will be no one else in the store and they're still slow. They sing a bunch too which is annoying. Too many terrible experiences.

Stopped to pick up food for lunch. For a mostly carry out spot the service was very slow. Food was good but the service and chatter of the employees, there were 4 of them working on 3 orders total, made me wonder if they were working kn our order at all. Value for the dollar is something I constantly think of, and these two bowls was definitely not worth the $60.
Food is fabulous, people are friendly. We miss the old Springfield store. Once you go sushi burrito you never go back.

Went there earlier and popped back by to get my husband some food on the way home. Absolutely killer food. Excellent service and a lovely chat with one of the service team. Thank you both for the recommended appetizer and sauces too!

Small place but the food makes up for the size and area it’s located in. This is one of the best summer spots for the sushi burritos and bowls. The best subo burrito in my opinion is the Black Widow which comes with a southwest sauce that accentuates the fresh ingredients! Definitely a local favorite of mine and worth checking out if you want something outside of the normal sushi restaurant food. The only bad is the location, but the staff are very friendly and the food keeps you coming back.
