Just a major letdown. They really went cheap on the ahi for the cost of the bowl. So small! Like 2 ounces of fish in a big bowl of chopped veggies.

we were passing thru Eugene late and wanted to grab some dinner. subo was open late and reminded us of the sushi burrito chain, except better we walked in around 10:05 pm thru the bar entrance and the vibe was immediately fantastic with the arcade games and Halloween decorations menu options all looked amazing, we settled on a black widow burrito and a classic #10. sharif helped us and got on our order expeditiously, which was so sweet of him the music of the night also a hit we were out by 10:45 i was really happy with my visit, with the restaurant, and the food!! highly recommend :) ??

Tonight 9/22 was the first time I’ve ever been here! I was craving sushi and my usual spot was closed so I came here and it did NOT disappoint. The girl who took my order over the phone and served me when I picked up was extremely friendly (which is very rare in the food industry these days). Healthy, filling, and extremely flavorful.
Saw another review from someone named Isaac, complaining about no parking, welcome to downtown, princess. Not enough sauce on the side? Ask for more. Common sense!:) I’ll definitely be back here.

This is my go to comfort food! I much prefer the bowls to the burritos, but they're so so good! I get the side of teriyaki chicken and it's a full meal for very cheap, plus this is a great place to get delivered. I usually eat here once a month at least!

Across the board always positively impressed by food quality, taste; as well being the service quality, and communication.
I went last night and got the Classic #2 bowl and it was very very underwhelming. They gave two pieces of tempura that practically had no flavor to them, you genuinely could not taste the shrimp. They also gave a small scoop of crab that was okay, but not worth-while. They also added unseasoned pieces of lettuce that were clearly there to be added as filler. The sushi rice was not even sushi rice. It was bland white rice. It did not even fill the container they put it in. Like half the container was empty. Extremely disappointing and not worth 14 dollars what so ever.
Great food and nice staff. I had never had a sushi bowl before. It was a great experience and tasty.
Vegetarian options: Only a couple veg items along with a few veg sides.

I've had a lot of good experiences with subo for years, but the quality and service has gotten much worse in the past year or so...
I just got food poisoning here a few days ago... Granted it had been over 100 for a few days and I shouldn't have been trying to get fish anyway, but it was all I really ate that day and it really messed me up. It'll be awhile before I try again, but I'm sure I will. I've loved them for too long to not...
