I placed a mobile order, and waited 30 min line to pick up my order, both people working there gave me an attitude and my sandwiches look like slop.

Came in to eat after a Ducks game expecting to sit down to eat before driving home but as soon as we sat down and got our food unwrapped to eat, the employee told us the lobby was closed, over a half an hour before they were supposed to close. So we had to go eat in our car. If your lobby is closed before closing time post a sign so people are aware! More people came into order while we were sitting in our car eating. The employee then turned off the Open sign off 20 mins before closing time. Sandwich did not have the 50% more meat like the extra protein sandwich claims on the board. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.

I stopped in at Subway for a turkey sandwich and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, which always makes the whole process nicer, and the store itself was very clean. It’s always nice to be able to build your own sandwich the way you like it and watch it come together step by step. My turkey sub had fresh veggies, soft bread, and just the right amount of sauce. It’s not fancy food, but that’s exactly the point quick, fresh, and reliable when you want something made your way.

Another employee came to help out, but the employee helping the man in front of me said he didn’t need help, but still I hadn’t even been recognized as even walking in…until the other customer asked if he was in my way. The employees continued to ignore me, but the first one just kept serving the first customer as slow as possible. And the other employee never acknowledged me and just walked to the back. This place sucks.

You actually get what you pay for. Like when you order off of their menu, for example, the Boss, you get the extras that you are supposed to get. The bread is actual bread (cooked to perfection), and their sandwich artists (even the owner) are really nice people! I prefer this subway over the other ones in town, and I highly recommend this subway because you get what you pay for.

This good review is for an exceptional employee named Malachi who helped me on a rough day. 🙏
I'd been cramping & struggling to eat all day so I ordered a sandwich online, sadly there were 3 different mistakes on it. We drove over to the store, showed the receipt & explained the mistakes, half expecting a disgruntled staff member. Instead we were very kindly greeted by Malachi who apologized that someone made it incorrectly & immediately helped create the sandwich I originally ordered. Someone being extra kind & helping you out on a hard day can make all the difference. 💯

Ordered food through Grubhub, I didn't know you could mess up Subway this badly. Got my sandwich toasted - bread looks barely even cooked, one step above being dough. Hardly any sauce, did not feel warm like it had been toasted either.

This place needs to be cleaned and have a health inspection done right away. Hopefully, the manager actually cares and is dealing with employees who are lazy.

I asked for a double toasted sandwich and got soft bread that had no toast marks on it. The cheese was not melted.

The avocado was brown. The onions were old. The lettuce was wilted, and the person who was serving me didn't care that the food wasn't fresh when I pointed out.

When I said the olives look like the only thing that are fresh, I'll take some of those", he literally put three olives on the sandwich, looked at me and said, "is that good"?

The gunk on the side of the unit they use to hold food and serve out of was disgusting to look at. Within the hour, I know I will regret eating here.

I'm following up on this review with a conversation with corporate. No restaurant should be this unkept.

They need more employees during the lunch hour. I eventually walked out after waiting a very long time because they had only one very slow person making sandwiches. I wasnt the only person to give up and walk out after easily 20 minutes (and i was only 3rd in line!) Other Subways have much better service.

Came here twice in a week over 40 minute wait to order my sandwich.

Employees were completely void of any personality. They continued to do food prep while I stood there for at least 5 minutes. Asked for napkins and she refuse to hand them to me but instead set them on the dirty counter in front of the Register (which was nonsensical) where a huge line was forcing me to cut in front of people awkwardly. What the heck is going on at this location?? Non existent customer service..

I used to work there and their sanitation and cleanliness practices are basically non-existent. Do not eat here. The owner is also one of the dumbest people I've ever met in my life. Big Jason Aldean fan, if that says anything. His social media profile pic is of him driving in his car, looking straight ahead with no expression, while wearing gas station sunglasses, if that says anything.
