T-Swirl Crepe is a popular spot for delicious crepes, with many reviews highlighting the great food and fresh ingredients. Customers often praise the crepes themselves, noting they are full of ingredients and can be quite indulgent. The restaurant is also recognized for its gluten-free options, with clear labeling and staff knowledgeable about ingredients, making it a good choice for those with dietary restrictions.
While the food consistently receives high marks, customer service experiences vary. Some visits have been marked by lackluster and awkward service, with a lack of greetings. However, other reviews commend the customer service as awesome and super friendly, with staff being personable, helpful, and even offering suggestions. One particular staff member is repeatedly mentioned for going above and beyond, providing exceptional service, and making the experience more positive. Despite occasional concerns about service, many customers find the food to be truly amazing and worth returning for. They also note that wait times can be longer when busy.
