I just had the best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever eaten at The Tie Dyed Chef. Perfectly toasted bread, tender corned beef, melty cheese, and tangy sauerkraut all came together in absolute perfection. The flavor was spot on and it was made with obvious care.

On top of the food being outstanding, the atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, and Lonnie, the owner, makes the experience even better. He’s incredibly friendly and takes the time to make you feel right...
Delicious, thick, fruity and creamy mango milkshake. Partner- who only ever gets French toast for breakfast at restaurants- says the French toast is the softest she’s ever had and melts in your mouth. Easily one of her all time favorites. I just took a bite and it’s definitely peak French toast in my book holy cow.

Lonnie was absolutely wonderful! His customer service was phenomenal - he was friendly, genuine, and truly engaging. He took the time to share kind conversation about his journey and what led him to where he is today, and it was inspiring to hear how his passion has turned into success. The food was delicious! It all made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming. I will absolutely be back. 10/10, thanks Lonnie!
