We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.

Customer service is a major negative. I have been to this location twice, BOTH times they have been incredibly slow. Last time was nearly an hour, this time it's going on twenty minutes (and counting). Another person my husband was talking to has been here for over an hour. Not to mention their bathroom smells like a neglected homeless shelter.

Shoutout to the AMAZINGLY kind and hard working staff. We were immediately welcomed by McKenna, who was super helpful and gave us the best bang for our back by recommending the 20PC rather than the 10PC because we couldn’t decide on flavors. She brought our food to us, which was beautifully presented, with extra ketchup and forks just in case we needed them. Food was hot and absolutely delicious. I’m very impressed by this Wingstop and will be stopping by next time I’m in town
Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add
