La Mona Pastas Reviews
I really enjoyed the pasta! Creamy, saucy, spicy, yummy!
We enjoyed the poblano pasta, the chicken carbonara and the Tuscan soup. The soup was recommended by another person in line behind me, coming back for more :) the carbonara isn’t traditional carbonara but it’s yummy. Noodles were cooked al dente, and everything tasted fresh and homemade.
We will be back as our new fave local pasta spot!

La Mona Pastas is a restaurant that offers a variety of pasta dishes. The pesto pasta with shrimp is described as possibly the best ever had, and the breadsticks are amazing. Customer service is friendly. The plaza has plenty of spacious seating. The pasta is creamy, saucy, spicy, and yummy. Dishes enjoyed include the poblano pasta, the chicken carbonara, and the Tuscan soup. The soup was recommended by another person in line. The carbonara isn’t traditional carbonara but it’s yummy. Noodles were cooked al dente, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The chicken carbonara is delicious. Service is always good, with a super friendly man who seems to run it. Breadsticks come with the pasta and are the best ever had. The chicken and shrimp Alfredo is absolutely delicious. The spaghetti with meatballs is pretty darn good spaghetti. The owner preparing the food is always pleasant and joyful. The ambience is typical food cart indoor seating ambiance. There is more than enough parking. On Fridays and Saturdays they close at 9:00 p.m. not 10:00 p.m. The food truck was easy to get to with no line. The potato sausage soup was really good. The spaghetti was disappointing with meatballs being frozen, but the bread was really good.
