I was walking by Olys Cafe & Treats food truck and I smelled something amazing. I proceeded to ask what that smell was. As I am asking I answer my own question and look down. There is this large pan, heat from the oven still radiating. Cinnamon sugar glistening on the top winking at me. It is a CHURRO CHEESECAKE!
