Went to lunch with my mom. We had absolutely wonderful service despite the fact that there was only one server covering all tables. Our food was hot and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

Just so so, you can get better food for a better price elsewhere in Old Town.

Really good food - definitely would go back for the food - waitres was good but blame the delay on the cooks (dumb & dumber) - everyone in our group of 8 enjoyed their food - the live volin was a surprise

Food was fantastic! Drinks were perfect. We happened to stop in on a night when they had a person playing the violin and they were amazing.

Live music, excellent food and great service, all at a very reasonable price. Great restaurant in the downtown area and would recommend the clam chowder as a side.

It took over 15 min to be approached for even our beverage order. They weren't overly busy and seemed to have much more hostess staff, than anyone waiting on tables. Since it took so long to get our drinks ordered, we asked if we could just order all at once. Took another 25 min for our spinach artichoke jalapeño dip and chips to come out (which had no visible spinach or discernable jalapeño in it) and another 30 min for our meals to come out.We have NO problem paying for fine dining, and felt that's what we were doing here; before we arrived. The atmosphere was that of fine dining, but the service was that of a Shari's.Disappointed for sure.

Top 1-2 restaurant on the west coast behind local ocean Newport, only because of the crab soup at local ocean, otherwise dead even!!!! Fantastic food, great atmosphere... jalapeno, marmalade dressing prawn starters! Must have ! Crab thermadore, fantastic!

Not what I expected for a smaller establishment. Slow service and mediocre food.

The shellfish ciopino was very good, lots of fish and big shrimp, delicious and tasty with crunch garlic bread, very satisfying. The $9 burger was surprisingly good. Good price. The calamari was ok.

We inadvertently went in and sat down.Waitress was very pissed at us even though we apologized.Really looked for the sign and didn't see it.Needed a restroom right away.Manager was very nice about it.We explained we had come to have our birthday dinner there. They don't do anything for birthdays however. We had a good dinner however the clam chowder was odd tasting ?. Florence has many restaurants will go somewhere else next time.

Until last night, I’d never had a bad experience here. What’s happening at the Bridgewater?Service - we saw one hostess, two servers, and one bartender. They were all working as fast as they could to serve the packed restaurant. But there were just too many tables for them to keep up. It took an hour and 20 minutes for us to get our entrees.Food - way below what I’ve come to expect. Cocktails were watery. My pear Moscow mule was flat. I wanted to send it back but the server didn’t come back for a long time, and I was thirsty because she forgot to bring the water I asked for. I was very disappointed to see that the smoked salmon appetizer that I love is no longer on the menu. Hubby had the Cobb salad and it was really fresh and lovely. Our two friends had burgers. Fries were really good, burgs just ok. I had calamari as my entree and it was so awful. Luke warm, soggy, tough, and some pieces were burnt giving the entire batch a bitter taste. I DID send that back and at that point I’d simply had enough. We had been there forever, experienced extremely slow service (not the servers fault), terrible drinks, bad food, and I just wanted to get out of there. Our server, bless her heart, really tried to bring me something else but I just wanted to leave asap. I was embarrassed that I was the one who suggested Bridgewater as a place for dinner. On a final note, I have served tables in my life and I briefly thought about asking them if they’re hiring. But then I thought, what if I end up working in an understaffed place serving bad food and drinks? Hmmm. I just feel bad for their staff. I tipped her 25% because I felt bad for her. They were trying so hard.
