Place needs a class action i used to work here when the dipping cups were .25 and full like I get cutting costs but this is literally legal pickpocketing. on 3 different occasions it is visually clear the weight is 1.25 for the whole container and they're counting on everyone letting it go

Placed an order online, tried to call to correct a mistake we made, nobody answered the phone, my wife stayed on hold for over 30 mins and still no answer. I tried calling from my phone and still nobody answered.

DO NOT GET THE PROMOTION! THIS LOCATION IS NOT ADDING ALL THE TOPPINGS YOU WANT AS ADVERTISED!
Asked for double pepperoni and double cheese. Most slices had less than 4 slices of pepperoni. Most of the pizza was bald because there was no cheese or toppings.... This store is a rip off. Usually get pizza every time we go to florence. That is over now. Yall don't wanna do a promotion? Opt out like the other locations. Just earned a 1 star and lost business and i love being loud about thieves.
I included my reciept and a photo of the eugene location and what double pepperoni looks like, they gave me 9 to 11 pepperoni per slice. Yall need reported to the franchise.
The promotions is ANY amount of toppings. You do not get to pick and choose because you dont want to lose money while you lie to consumers. Lying businesses are the worst. Just opt out like a responsible locatiom that respects its customers
I love going to Dominos for take out! Pizza is gr8...although it can get expensive adding on more of this and that. Travis was very pleasant and honestly the whole experience was supreme!! I'll go back

The new GM is the bomb people. He took over in November 2024 and wow what a difference ! 5 stars ! The pizza is so much better ! Great and fast service too !!! Thank you !!! 🙏
