My favorite Mexican food in Florence. The chille rellanos are so good. Made with very creamy cheese, not cheap and rubbery. Everything is delicious.Vegetarian options: Try a vegetarian chilli reallano, it's better than with meat. Pasole soup is so good. There isn't anything I don't like.
Good food, I had the seafood enchiladas. It was delicious !Fast and friendly service, give them a try !When you have a chance support local hard working restaurants wherever you are !

Hidden little gem has been overused to describe restaurants or shops in communities communities of all sizes but especially smaller towns. As much as I try to avoid that verbage, I can't. Rosa's is truly a hidden little gem. I have not had anything that disappointed. The chips and salsa set the tone for a great, flavorful, and authentic experience. If you like guacamole, make sure you do not pass on it to accompany your chips.
