We had a fabulous lunch today at Rosa's Mexican Restaurant. I had the Enchiladas and they were perfect. Two Corn Tortillas stuffed with succulent Chile Colorado,Sour Cream, and Lettuce then covered with delectable White Sauce and Spanish Rice, Beans, and a small Salad on the side. My husband had the Crisp Tortilla Bowl that is layered with Beans,Fresh Lettuce,Cheese,Tomatoes,Onions,Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Chile Colarado. My mother in law had the Taco Tuesday Special that was two Corn Tortillas,Onions, Tomatoes, Fresh Cilantro, Cheese, and Shredded Pork. Rice and Beans were included on the side. Fresh Tortilla Chips and Fresh Salsa were brought to the table and they both were excellent. Our waiter was very kind and gave us great customer service. We can't wait to go back.

The food was bland. We had the bean dip which tasted just like the beans, again bland. The salsa was uneventful, and the fajitas not worth the money.Understaffed during spring break. Long wait. Overall disappointing.

Hidden little gem has been overused to describe restaurants or shops in communities communities of all sizes but especially smaller towns. As much as I try to avoid that verbage, I can't. Rosa's is truly a hidden little gem. I have not had anything that disappointed. The chips and salsa set the tone for a great, flavorful, and authentic experience. If you like guacamole, make sure you do not pass on it to accompany your chips.

My favorite Mexican food in Florence. The chille rellanos are so good. Made with very creamy cheese, not cheap and rubbery. Everything is delicious.Vegetarian options: Try a vegetarian chilli reallano, it's better than with meat. Pasole soup is so good. There isn't anything I don't like.
Nice staff, family owned. Fresh chips and cold water. Not many big tables.Kid-friendliness: No kid menu.

Food wasn't good, very cheap quality tasting. Prices are high for what you get. I get it, they're trying to run a business and make money. But come on, it was literally like it came out of a cheap banquet box, into a microwave, and then onto a hot plate. Chips taste like they're out of a bag from the store. Salsa was ok. They messed up our order and gave the wrong food to two of the kids. Took forever to get what we originally ordered. Literally everyone else was about done with their food by the time we got it. Though the order was messed up, the customer service was good. However, we won't ever go there again.

I got the nachos. They were decent, but I thought it was a bit expensive for the portion and the meat was bland. Wonderful service.
The Carne Asada Quesadilla was delicious and perfectly seasoned with tons of flavor without heat. The quesadilla stayed crisp and the guacamole served with it was very fresh and tasty. It was a very hearty portion of good meat. Fantastic! The Huarache Plate Special my husband had was unique here on the Oregon Coast and filled with flavor. Filled with steak, chicken, chorizo, mushrooms and vegetables he was impressed and well fed. Again, a generous portion and a reasonable price for this area. Plus, the salsa served with chips as an opener was so tasty we had seconds of both. I can see why the salsa is award winning. This is the best Mexican food we have had in three years of living on the Central Oregon Coast. Plus, our server was the sweetest young guy and was a really excellent host. He made us feel quite welcome and happy to have been there.Do yourself a favor and go to Rosa's!
