Incredible food! Loved the execution of fusion dishes. The tacos were loaded with meat and packed with flavor. The brisket with horseradish crema really kicks! The Birria ramen hit all the right notes with the Mexican spices, onion cilantro and corn paired with the umami of the ramen broth.All their ramen is available with gluten free rice noodles instead of the wheat noodles.Rice bowls our friends got also looked incredible. Beautifully put together food with great flavors. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your food as it is made to order. Overall a really great value for the price. Do note that the bao buns are sweet like a donut.
