“We visit Florence frequently, first time back post COVID and first time eating here. Food was delicious and Meg, our server was patient with our difficulty deciding between so many wonderful dishes to choose from. Caprese had an interesting pairing with pine nuts that was surprising, but really good. Chicken picatta was light and lovely flavor. Tiramisu had a bit heavier texture and flavor than we like, but still very nice. Only downside was an unexpected surcharge to use an electronic form of payment (3 to 4% on top of total price), was unaware until we got our bill. Recommend since you actually have to call and make a reservation at this venue that they tell you up front, so you can prepare with cash if you'd like to. Apparently commonplace at restaurants in this area now, but would have been nice to know beforehand.“

“We had a 16oz Mocha, 16oz Hot Chocolate, a Berry Scone, and small Sweet Potato Soup. Everything was yummy. I fell in love with the soup. We spent about 20$. The place is small, in a strange spot, and not fancy at all. The food is worth it. We'll be back.“

Homegrown Public House & Brewery Brewery • $$

“Stopped by the little brewery on our way passing thru Florence for a quick lunch and had a nice good experience. Ordered the Broccoli and Cheddar Soup and had a shared portion of the Cajun Fried Oysters which were amazing! Definitely will recommend this place to anyone at this area of the Oregon Coast. Prices were a little on the higher end for the portion size but the food tasted great!“
