Birria La Jefa is a food truck located in a Zesti Carts area with a garden like setting of nursery style trees and flowers, offering lots of indoor and outdoor seating for large groups or private events. The food is amazing and tastes so fresh. The asada tacos, burrito, birria burrito, birria crunch wrap, quesabirria, quesa tacos, birradilla, birria fries, and quesatacos are all insanely good, with generous portions that are crispy and juicy, served piping hot with a perfect balance between cheese and meat. The consomme is mouth watering, and the salsa is mildly spicy and very flavorful. The husband and wife duo are the absolute nicest people who work hard to please guests. Everything is AMAZING, with juicy meat, yummy hot sauce, and not too greasy. The food is better than it looks in the pictures.
