I'm not fond of fast food, and McDonald's is one of the reasons why. They are trying to put more healthy items on the menu, which I am thankful for. Perhaps I will be able to eat here again.

I actually hate going in there, they have the kiosks! I am old school there's nothing like being welcome in to an establishment. Every time I go in I push the little round button at the bottom of the kiosk because I hate those things they are so impersonal, not once have I ever had somebody come out to help me, I've gone to the counter and stood there and stood there and stood there while several people in the back walk by and actually looked at me and just kept walking they weren't filling orders they weren't sweeping they weren't wiping down counters they just ignored me and I'm tired of that its generational. So I'll never be going back there again!

This location is all over the place. Sometimes it's great. But usually that's dependent on who is on shift. There is a guy working nights, when I usually go, that is super nice and always hands me what I expect. Then, sometimes, it's horrible. They'll forget sauces or the food has just had no care put into its preparation. There has been times that I am missing a chunk of my order. Problem is, unless you plan to go back and try to get it fixed, the hassle and time to get response through their contact system online is not worth it.

Wow, never seizes to disappoint. The people working at this establishment are a special kind of dumb. I’ve had multiple incorrect orders in a row. The last order I had was a McFlurry. They decided that instead of mixing it they’d just throw everything on top and give me a straw. What am I supposed to do with a straw when eating a McFlurry. Are people trained how to fulfill orders or do they just hire whatever pedestrian walked by that week and put them to work. Seriously bad you guys need to be replaced with machines.

Usually spot on service through the drive through, not sure where it went wrong but make sure you ALWAYS get a receipt for your order. I pulled up to the second window and it was completely wrong. Paid for my lunch twice and still didn't get my drink after they wanted to argue over it for ten minutes.
