I had ordered a large 10 piece nugget meal, a large double quarter pounder w/ cheese meal, a upgraded to large mcchicken meal deal w/ pickles, and a upgraded to medium McDouble meal deal. We didn’t receive the 10 piece, got 3 medium fries and 1 large fry instead of 3 large fries and one medium fry, and instead of pickles put bacon on the mcchicken. They definitely care about customer service at this location
The reason for a two star is because of some of the nice employees. We came through this morning, just another example of what it’s like at this local McDonald’s. Confused on which sodas they handed out to us at the window because they don’t mark them. The sodas are always flat at this location and if they aren’t flat, then something’s off with the syrup They don’t check it regularly.
