Today was the final straw. Safeway Forest Grove has been a frustrating place to shop for many years. Out of ad items, no checkers and bad self-serve scanners using every excuse under the sun. I have seen improvements in the last 6 months. Today I went in to buy a rib roast that was featured in their ad. It was about 11:50am. There was only one in the case that was very fatty.
