Teriyaki is mediocre. Service is great. Free miso soup with order. It's just hot water and miso packets, but it's free.

Ugh I hate having to do bad reviews. No pictures it wasn’t worth the time . I ordered Chicken yakisoba., spicy honey chicken, beef ribs, beef something. It was take out. The food literally had no flavor. It literally lacked everything. No spice , nothing. Except my kids both had a hair or two In there plate . Husband said they lacked-customer service when we picked it up. So this place has gone down hill. Won’t be back . Really wish we had one positive result.

Parking: It’s a huge parking lot. Busy parking lot with lots of businesses.

I love the food there it was very good

Worst place ever. Ran by teenagers. We went there and got two chicken teriyakis and 2 mini chicken teriyakis sub noodles and add 3 gyoza. Well my minis had no chicken only 5 pieces of gyoza so we called trying to just get it fixed for next time they said that’s fine. Then had the audacity to call us back and ask us to bring the food back and we had already eaten it and then said that they can’t do anything about it and thought we were lying. So i hung up because what such idiots why would I lie about not getting chicken in my CHICKEN TERIYAKI BOWL.

The food here is consistently good. Nothing AMAZING but it is what it is. The reason I’m giving it a 2 (and not a 3 which I would say has been my experience otherwise- can’t give it a 2.5 or else I would) is because their pictures always show a side of veggies (teriyaki bowl, beef bulgogi, etc. All images show the rice, the meat, and the veggies). When I got my order it was only meat and rice. I had ordered this instead of another dish because it came with veggies so it was a bummer to not have that. Food was still fine - but it was not as advertised in their images.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly, but last time I visited I made a substitution and they charged extra for it without letting me know it would cost extra. Didn't appreciate the lack of communication.
