Circle Inn Tavern is a dive bar with a friendly staff, including bartenders and a manager named Ginger who makes exceptional homemade chili. The prices are low, and it's a great place for people-watching. Despite its rundown appearance, including a sinking ceiling, it offers a unique and entertaining experience.
