I am so sad that incorrect pizza deliveries are more common than correct pizza deliveries.☹️. I understand that it gets busy, but being told that they just got very busy AFTER I'd placed our order does not help the matter. Does that mean our order was waiting for 40 mins to be delivered while the other orders were made? Pizza was luke warm and about 40 mins past the time we were told it should be delivered. I will never go to forest grove Pizza Hut Again their driver stole my change and this is what my pizza looked like..., they said I could keep the pizza and get a refund but I had to come into the store so I did and when I went to do the refund they flat out told me no I can't .. if I'm keeping the pizza . Now I have never come across this before ever. Any other pizza place that I know of would have given me the full refund and let me keep the pizza. So I had them remake the pizza...read full review
