Noisy. Not a shred of acoustic protection so that all the expresso racket and kitchen noise bounces around forcing everyone to talk louder and louder. The staff are wearing headsets, so they don't notice. The music can't even be heard. Who wants to visit a place like that?
Sam is by far the most amazing person and I’m not just saying that because they hand this teacher yummy much needed coffee ❤️ it is the way the coffee cup is delivered with a smile.

I don’t know who the girl was making my caramel cookies and cream drink this morning but THANK YOU!!!!! YOU MADE IT PERFECT!!! I was having a bad day and you made it A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER !!! Mine was an online order I was the white frapp with heavy cream, caramel and brown sugar syrup lined cup caramel drizzle and frap chips. I cannot express my thanks enough!!! Not to mention the “have a good day” you threw in there after I picked it up!
