“The Tavern has changed owners. They've added more TVs and a much larger menu. The fried mushrooms and the buffalo blue cheese chicken sandwich were excellent. We'd stopped going because the prior menu was so small. Now we have options and are very excited. They have salads too! The friendly atmosphere is a double bonus!!”

“This was one of the best experiences my husband and I had during our trip to Oregon! As we were tourists, we happened to fall upon this amazing winery coming back from our trip to the coast. We were immediately greeted with friendly faces and amazing service as well as a bit of shelter from the rain :) Huge shout out to Lori for not only being extremely personable and knowledgeable, but also for teaching us so much. From telling the story of the winery, and how the wine flavors are influenced from the soil of the region, it was so eye opening. We do not come from a wine country region of the US and we quickly learned we did not know what good wine was or much about wine in general. It was a learning experience but also with truly the best wine we have ever had. Also make sure to ask about the stories of the winery cats and how they help out the winery! We will make a trip back to Oregon strictly to come visit this winery again. Thank you Lori and the all winery staff for the amazing experience and wine! FYI- they ship wine if you're traveling from out of state!! :)”

“I remember going to their original location down on Main St. right next to/connecting to the Half Moon. I moved here in 2008 and have known them for 14 years now. From the very first time, they all treated me with respect and kindness, very genuine and humble... GREAT PEOPLE!! It used to be you could dine in at both places. The atmosphere was wonderful until covid hit. Now it's only take out. The food is superior, and everyone still remembers my name... love them! Continued success!!”

“I hate to have to give this place this review but I have to tell the truth me and my granddaughter have been going there for quite some time because we love the atmosphere and we normally love the coffee but the last few months when we went in to get coffee there is absolutely no flavor whatsoever in the coffee I ordered one yesterday that was supposed to have a Kahlua and Bailey's flavor to it I had no flavor but plain old caramel it's tasted like my granddaughter same way she ordered a drink and ended up tasting just like nothing but caramel macchiato I'm very disappointed to have to say this but I sure hope you can work with your staff so that we can get the drinks back to tasting so good like they did we love going there when my granddaughter introduced me to this place I fell in love with the staff the atmosphere and the drinks you can definitely tell whatever you ordered was what you ordered please work on the staff so they can learn to make the copies the way they should be I'm just so disappointed like I said a few months ago things were great now there's a different kind of people working there and they obviously aren't trained enough to know how to make the coffees thanks so much and God bless I hope this is taken out of love not out of anger I am not angry at all I want this to be something that I'm just making you aware of so it doesn't continue happening I even ordered mint a while back for the holidays and the first time I ordered it it was delicious mint I even complemented on the fact that when you order me you got mint what you don't get other places now the last time I ordered the mint not too long ago there was no flavor again so hopefully your flavors will pick back up again I love your place it's always clean and a good atmosphere thank you so much for that and like I said hopefully we can get the flavors straightened out to where the flavor is what it's supposed to be thanks so much and God bless”

Out of the gate, the food and atmosphere made this place our goto family night out location… and they are super accommodating… we brought the family in shortly after one of our kids came back from oral surgery, and he was still having trouble opening his mouth wide enough for a whole piece of sushi, and the chef cut everything bite size for them!! ❤️

“I cant stress enough how much I recommend this restaurant. I found them by accident during a migrane episode but they have become a fan favorite of mine. don't let the price scare you away. The food is worth the price you pay and you won't regret it. It's jam packed with flavor that just make sense and makes me feel at home with the taste. “I love this place! The gelato is really good, and can get free samples (I chose the spumoni to take home, however, a quart was $14). They also have many Italian goods and wares. They are a bit more expensive (which is why I gave them 4 stars), but all of good quality. It's very clean, cute, and centrally located right in the heart of Forest Grove, OR. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We need more shops like this.”
