Dairy Queen Reviews
I have come to Dairy Queen on two different occasions from TILLAMOOK only to be told that the ice cream machine was down today. Went to DQ Thursday 6/2/22 at 7:30 pm. Was informed upon pulling into the drive thru that the were out of the following: crispy chicken, beef patty’s, chocolate ice cream and french fires. I asked them if they could make two grilled cheese and they huffed and puffed and had to “ask the cook.” All in all I ordered two grilled cheese, one small order of cheese curds, and two vanilla shakes. It was over 25.00!! I just feel that they should have CLOSED at that point🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️...read full review

Dairy Queen is a restaurant known for its friendly and humorous managers and life-changing chicken strips. While customers appreciate the personalized service and the welcoming atmosphere, some have experienced long wait times and issues with order accuracy, especially during busy days. The location could benefit from improved management to ensure consistent service. Customers have also noted that the food can vary in quality, with some finding the chicken strips dry and fries soggy, and concerns about cleanliness during food prep. Sometimes, the restaurant runs out of popular items like chocolate ice cream, and staff may not always be very friendly. Additionally, tables are not always very clean, and the ice cream cones can be overpriced. Despite these challenges, many customers return for the tasty food and the charming, quaint setting that reflects the community's unique character. The drive-thru can be narrow, but the genuine effort of staff, especially the kids who work there, is appreciated. Customers also enjoy treats like the giant fat dipped cone, which is well dipped and hilariously shaped, and chicken strips with fries that are favorites for families. Overall, Dairy Queen remains a beloved spot where people enjoy their treats, even if the service isn't always perfect.
