The Garibaldi Portside Bistro strikes again with a wicked three-piece of service, food, and atmosphere!Despite being almost cut off from the main road, they had remained open, and the FOH staff were friendly and quick to get us seated, with drink orders taken. It’s nice to realize you are the only table left and it doesn’t feel awkward or rushed at all! Tip o’ the cap the the FOH for that.The food, as always, speaks for itself. No pictures needed. IYKYK.Chef’s Ryland and Angela have it dialed in, as always! Regardless of your level of hunger, get an order of the Pork Tots. You can always take the rest home, and you’ll thank me later lol. Don’t miss out on the brisket smoked in-house, or the ribs on Thursday night!Had a great, impromptu meal out with my wife, eating food cooked by friends…hard to beat that! Thank You!
It's not bad eatery in a small town, it actually looks fanc....Reasonably clean, the food we had was ok, not great, but good, stuff was friendly, portions were generous. If you like American food, barbecue and such, it is your place...

This is my second time visiting Garibaldi Bistro. Both times the food was good. Nothing spectacular, but I feel like I paid a fair price for my meal. Unfortunately both times I received pretty bad service. The waitresses were very nice and friendly, but in both cases there was one waitress waiting on 5-6 tables. I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a glass of water, and then another 10 minutes to place an order. The food came out quick, and that's the last time I was able to get the waitresses attention. We finished our food without any refills, meanwhile a few tables down kept getting checked on (I think they knew the employees based on the hugging and chatting). I waited 30 minutes for the waitress to come back and ask how things were. At this point I just wanted a box, to pay and leave. Good food and atmosphere ruined by lack of attention. $60 meal and I got one refill on my water, and waited 30 minutes after finishing my food to get a check. This isn't the waitresses fault either, she was going NON-STOP so I know it wasn't intentional. She even apologized saying it was a crazy night. This is the managers fault for not spreading the workload appropriately.

Exceptional food. Quite literally the best seafood bisque I've ever had.Prime rib was cooked perfectly and the baby backs were fall off the bone. Brisket was moist but lacked flavor. Oyster shooters were very good as well. This place is A++ and worth the short wait time you may incur.
