Wonderful service and a gorgeous view, but the food left a lot to be desired. The good parts of the meal were the ones that traditionally don't have seasoning, oysters on the half shell, and the shrimp and crab cocktails. Everything we had with seasoning was simultaneously too sweet and bland. The oyster soup and both of the seafood fettuccine dishes we ordered (with house sauce and italian sauce) were impossible to finish. Even the balsamic vinaigrette on my side salad was...
I am a local but haven't been in here in a long time because I get my own seafood and rarely order it at a restaurant. We were so pleasantly surprised! Great service, food was surprisingly good, it was not as expensive as I was anticipating (it is a higher end place compared to other local fare) and of course we absolutely love the view. Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews.

A great stop for supper for our first day on the ocean this trip. The food was simple yet delicious. And the homemade desserts… amazing. Staff are super friendly and the views of Tillamook Bay are pleasant.
